Charging Method

Do not use any adaptor with output is over DC 5V

Fold the product first, and use the USB cable to charge
Please use 5V/1A-2A regular adaptor to charge the product
It is in charge when the battery sign on the screen is flasing, it is fully charged when it stops flashing
Normally it will take around 3 hours before it gets fully charged.

Care Instruction

Dry clean only. Please use dry and soft cloth or napkin to clean the flannel side when it gets dirt.
Do not use it when it is in charge(It will automatically turned off when it is put in charge)
This item needs to be placed in a dry and ventilated place

Solutions to Some Common Problems

It will be automatically turned off when you put it in charge. So it is not an defect due to the reason of safety
Try to adjust the belt size via the regulator on it till it can match your head size well and feel comfortable
If you can not feel vibration massage or warm compress or air pressure, please check the related signs on the screen to see whether they are on light. Double click the set button to set the mode you like
Note: Please remember that in each mode, it also has two levers, one gentle mode and one max mode. When the signs are in blue color, it is in lower mode, and single click the power button it will come to higher mode, then the colour of the signs turn red
When you feel it over heat, please take if off and put it in charge
